CSI: Returning cast member (Spoilers)

Apparentally Jorja Fox (Sara Sidle) is returning again for a five-episode run. She left at the beginning of season 8 after her character was kidnapped, then briefly returned in season 9 after the death of Warrick. She was last seen in Grissom's farewell episode where she and Grissom apparentally had a happy ending, but apparentally she's back again for five episodes and will adopt a 'leadership' role. So much for the happy ending.


Apparentally they've asked Jorja Fox back because viewership has been slipping since Peterson left and Fishburne took over as lead.....also it's become more of the Fishburne/Lauren Lee Smith show lately instead of focusing on the 'classic' characters.



Oh well, as far as forensic shows go, I think I'll switch to NCIS. More action and humor :)

The exec. producers were asked about that recently and said that despite Sara's brief return, she and Grissom are still together. And they hope to bring Grissom in somehow down the line too...

Too little, too late, afaic. CSI has already lost me to Fringe.

I gotta admit, Fishburne is a good addition, but its all about CSI: Miami for me.

On a side note, still haven't gotten a response from my letter to the execs about my idea for CSI: South Dakota.
