Would the Titans and Teen Titans' recent (somewhat) ally makes his presence
known in Gotham City, for some reason, and become a permanent or temporarily
resident of Batman's hometowm?

Or would the new Vig leave as soon as he gets there (after he accomplished whatever he needed
to do this time while in the new Dark Knight's turf)?

Also, can any of the Batvillains be integrated in any other costumed crime fighters' rogue gallery?

If so, then who do you think would be a perfect foe for that hero (or heroine) in other cities in the DCU besides Gotham?

Who is he anyway? Wolfman was making a bit of a mystery about his identity, but it was so bland I didn't stick around to find out.

The best thing about Vigilante was how Batman beat the living crap out of him in Gotham Underground. It's what Nightwing should have done if Wolfman's didn't have any other purpose than to apparently launch his character.

I doubt Vigilante would've stuck around Gotham for long (considering Batman
could try to capture him) and he'll either escape from Bats' city or Vig would've
been bought down by Batman and get sent to prison (or Arkham Asylum)
afterwards which would probably happen in his comic series.

It's possible that he'll escape from that place and Gotham after he's been sent there.
