Does anyone know who in the world that random thug was that Jason Todd controlled via remote to fight the Black Mask in issue 649 page 2? Is he just a random Winick contrivance or is he an actual character from the Batverse?

He is bald, has a huge bushy mustache and has a spider tatoo on his head.

Always bothered me. Thanks.

I always thought that he was just some random character.

If he was actually of any importance, or existed beforehand, there probably would've been some acknowledgement of the fact a known character had been killed, rather than Batman just thinking that it wasn't JT.
