Dirty Deeds!
"Dirty Deeds" is a series of threads where a discussion can be held about the morally questionable, or outright evil acts of characters in comics. It might be a discussion about times a hero crossed a moral line they shouldn't have, or a discussion of a villain's most horrific acts in their history, but the premise remains the same.
Where possible, a poll will be included to vote upon said character's "dirtiest deed".
Please do remember that there are no wrong answers, this is all a matter of opinion. Since everyone has a different set of morals, please try and respect differences in people's own beliefs.

We’re at the milestone seventy-fifth Dirty Deeds thread, and as its one of those big anniversaries, the spotlight’s been reserved for some time for one of the most prolific serial killers not only in the Marvel Universe, but perhaps all of comics! His body count is immeasurable, but to be sure, sometimes his brutality hits levels that even stand out amongst all victims in his wake. Have the kids avert their eyes, we’re gonna look into all the Dirty Deeds of…

Damn, I had forgotten what an evil SOB Sabes was. I kind of remembered only about half of those items. He sure did get around the Marvel Universe causing all kinds of mayhem for everyone.
Maybe it is for the best that his head has been seperated from his body for the time being.
I can't come up with only 9, let alone just a top 5.

I'm thinking I'll need to do it kind of like I did Mystique and limit his murders to times he was on certain teams, like "Stuff he did during the Mutant Massacre" or "Assaulting and nearly killing Psylocke on 3 occasions" or "Everything he's done to Wolverine, and women who dig Wolverine on his birthday".
That does kind of round it down a bit.
Wow,what a list ....longer than I expected(and I was expecting a looonnnngggg list)....Dirty Deeds(tm) was made for Sabertooth.....I may have to sleep on my numerous options!
He has plenty of dirty deeds, but he is pretty repetitive in how he goes about it.

It's hard to ignore when he murders countless Vietnamese Prositutes, or something more blasphemous, like slaughter an entire monastery. My work is cut out for me.

I think the poll, as best as I can make it look, will have the following options:
The murders of his mother, father, and brother, Luther?
All his murders and assaults on Wolverine's birthday?
Murdering the pregnant wife of Epsilon Red?
Forcing Gambit to choose if he murdered Henri LeBeau, or Genevieve Darcenaux?
All of his actions as a member of the Marauders?
Pretending to be docile, to gain sympathy from Boom Boom, and nearly killing Psylocke?
All of his actions as a member of the modern incarnation of Weapon X?
The murder of the Native?
Going totally savage, murdering and cannibalizing Feral, and forcing Logan to finally kill him?

Anything I should take off, and put something on in its place?

Ok, here is my attempt to list what I think are his 5 most heinous (or what really stuck out) crimes:
-Murdering his brother, Luther Creed, as a child, over a slice of pie? (revealed in X-Men Origins: Sabretooth #1)
Never come between a man and his slice of pie!
-Murdering Silver Fox on Wolverine’s birthday, “for fun”? (revealed in X-Men Origins: Sabretooth #1, Wolverine (vol. 2) #10)
That was one helluva way to say “Hi”!
-Forcing Gambit to choose between whether he murdered his brother Henri, or Genevieve Darcenaux, the latter of whom he dropped off Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris? (revealed in X-Men (vol. 2) #33)
The worst part, that you didn’t mention, is that he killed his brother anyway, after Gambit made the choice to save him instead of poor Genevieve.
-Attempting to murder Gambit for attempting to prevent the Mutant Massacre? (revealed in Uncanny X-Men #350, X-Men Origins: Gambit #1)
-Participating in the “Mutant Massacre”, where he murdered many Morlocks and nearly killed Caliban, Artie, Leech, Power Pack, and Healer? (X-Factor (vol. 1) #10, Power Pack (vol. 1) #27, Uncanny X-Men #212)
I think these are tied together, even though the actual slaughtering of the poor Morlocks was worse.
-Pretending to be docile, and have the mind of an animal to gain the sympathy of Boom-Boom for another escape attempt after Wolverine put a claw through his brain? (X-Force (vol. 1) #44-48, Uncanny X-Men #323-328, Wolverine (vol. 2) #92)
-In his last escape from the Xavier Mansion, disemboweling and nearly killing Psylocke right in front of Boom-Boom? (Uncanny X-Men #328)
Again tied together, and pretty damn devious on Sabes part. He just seemed to have it in for Betsy. (Same goes for Remy too)
Something Other

The thing that sticks out in my mind was one of the Weapon X Redux acts...not only did he have a whole apartment full of dead people, but he had a live little girl in the closet "for dessert". Yipes. So that falls under #7 in your revised list, I think.

WOW! I'd have to say that the top 5 for me are:
-Murder of Silver Fox.
-Attempted killing of Psylocke.
-Murder of the pregnant Native.
-Slaughter of the Morlocks.
-Trying to kill/implying he was going to rape Jean that one time.
What a bastard!

He alluded to the rape thing more than once. We had a thread about that the other day...

I'll definitely go with killing Native, because of the way they portrayed it, it was almost redundant.

Sabretooth sure hasn't been a pussycat. Is there anybody he HASN'T killed?

A thread titled, "Who will Sabretooth rape next?" will only last so long, I suppose. I enjoyed and supported it, for what it's worth.

Wolverine, for one.
And... people get paid for this? Sign me up.

I believe when he's on the loose in X-Factor (vol. 1) #136, they say as much, alluding to him being like unto a boogeyman on the loose, and people will not sleep soundly knowing he's still out there.
I think he and Bullseye are probably two of the most profilic serial killers in the Marvel U. Dr. Doom's whacked a bunch of Latverians to make examples of 'em... Mr. Sinister's had a lot of victims of experiments shown on panel, and Dark Beast's got quite a few. They might round out the Top 5.

I don't see how I can single out one particular act; they're all part of a pattern.
Trivia: All the Marauders were trying to kill Madelyne Pryor; the one who actually got into her hospital room was Scalphunter. And should attacking Mr. Sinister really be counted as a "dirty deed"?

It's there more for the "betrayal factor" than for the actual attempt at assault.
Man, where's Joe Franklin to discuss all the wonderful things that Creed has done that make him so damned marketable?

Y'know Sabretooth really needs to get some originality. Seriously, all he does it seems is show up and kill stuff. Dirty deed YES but not exactly creative. Look at Mr Sinister. One day he's trying to have a baby abducted so he can experiment on it for his own insane purposes, the next he's manpulating entire gene pools and ruining countless lives just so he can bump off his old pal Apocalypse.
A + for execution Sabretooth, but F - for effort. MUST TRY HARDER

He needs to diversify.
He throws in the occasional rape, sure, but it's all just some kind of physical assault.

Congratulations,Waterlily, you found a 'touching, emotional' moment from Sabertooth---didn't hink that was possible
This wild man is the devil but if i had to choose one i'd say the mystique one this was probably after nightcrawlers birth she was weak she'd do anything just like so many starving up and coming evil shapeshifters

Afraid so. But he did say he was planning on taking her down there to be his "mate".
Maybe he just saw too many episodes of Ron Perlman in "Beauty & the Beast"?

I voted the Psylocke near-death deal as the dirtiest.
Because Betsy truly suffered long term after this.
Post-Sabes there was the ugly Crimson Dawn.
Then Betsy went into obscurity to "heal". Re-emerged for 2.5 to die.
Then came back into CC's clutches and was trapped in alt. dimension obscurity which she only just escaped.
Allllll the obscurity started with Sabretooth.
And don't forget the CC.
Who made her makeout with her almost-killer.
True torture, my friends.

And then when Betsy met a doppleganger of the man who tried to murder her (and nearly pulled it off) three times, she opted to make him a potential love interest. That's just odd.

That's just CC.
Or at least post-Millennium.
I can only imagine what he'll make her do in X-Men Forever.
He already seems to think she was in Britain before his turn ended on X-Men which is total BS.

Damn, but i think his most evil deed is making such a despicable character such an interesting character to read. That and his fixation on mentally torturing Wolvie to the extent that he loses touch with humanity and gives Sabes that big fight he's always looking for. He's kind of doing that to Remy too.

Sure he's killed a lot of people, but they weren't going to live forever, were they?
And sure he's eaten a lot of people, but really once you're dead does it matter whether your body gets eaten or not? I, for one, would not feel better about being killed if I knew my remains were going to be buried and not eaten.
I think his dirtiest deed was rounding up mutants for Weapon X. Supporting an anti-mutant organization in their efforts to control mutants is dirtier than individual murders to me. The man has no sense of solidarity.
I don't think the raping was dirtier than the murdering, but I suppose it could be argued that the raping supports global patriarchy in a way that the murdering doesn't. However, I'm not really convinced about the idea that rapists are foot soldiers of patriarchy so I'm going to say supporting the Weapon X machine was his dirtiest deed.
