I've only been reading Hulk in tpb format. I've heard that Grandmaster brought back everyone Rulk killed. Is that only in regards to that story, or in general. Can Emil Blonsky make a return? Please say so, cuz I want my Rick Jones and my Abomination kept seperate, please.

The Grandmaster only brought back the characters Rulk killed in that story, Blondsky is still dead.
They're bound to ressurect him at some point in time though
