Cacophony, I'm almost certain, deals with Bruce since I don't think he had died yet.

I wonder how long that will go on before the stories start acknowledging that they are 'flashbacks' or whatever. and then on the flip of that, i wonder if creators like Smith and Azzarello who can more or less do what they want when they drop by DC and Marvel will at some point choose to do Grayson bat stories...

Hm, I hear Smith has two more 6 ish minis coming down the pike....all Bruce i guess?

I really felt like Smith saw TDK and went "That's cool! I want to do that!" I don't know what he's going to do considering Dick and Bruce both do not have Catholic guilt. I did not dig Cacaphony, and I am a HUGE Kevin Smith fan...

I think they think it has less to do with telling a flashback per continuity restrictions and more just to tell a Bruce Wayne-as-Batman tale.

I still need to get Azzarello/Risso's Broken City arc.

No you don't. It's confusing. There are only a couple cool parts.

it is confusing but it has enough great moments to be awesome.

i have yet to read cacophony....but i enjoyed smith's take on batman in his green arrow run.
