If you really can't see it, it's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" combined with "Never Gonna Give You Up." Specifically, it's Astley's vocals over Nirvana's music, and it IS kind of freaky since it synchs up almost perfectly (with Astley singing and getting around to the chorus exactly when it's time for the chorus in the Nirvana song).
