He's pretty funny. I really like Eel O'Brien, from what I've seen of him. Are there any definitive or amazing Plastic Man stories? I'm especially looking for ones that still hold up today!

Well, the original stories by Jack Cole are the best Plastic Man stories, no if ands or buts.
DC has several archives of the stories.
Kyle Baker's Plastic Man series has also been collected and is highly recommended.

Joe Kelly used Plas extensively in his run on JLA and I think he nailed the character. The issue with Bats and Offspring is a true gem.

Yes, that issues are great, always. Also, as a big fan of Plastic Man, i can want to say something about. Action Comics 661 have a good Plastic Man story with Superman. Green Lantern 116 have Plastic Man too.
