Hello everyone, I know I kinda disappeared for a while after posting. Been busy with work & family. But, I did want to stop by and let you all know I had Mr Lord Red Dragons 360 page deleted. Yeah I am kinda in a pissy vengeful mood. My friend I mentioned in my previous postings was contacted by the Health dept. local to Mr j-bolt. Seems he gae here the gift that keeps giving. They informed her that she needed to be tested, which she did. She was found HIV positive. The health dept informed her that he has full blown aids. She asked them how long and all they would tell her was that he had been getting tested from them for the last five years. To say she is devistated is an understatement!!! I am so pissed!! This is so wrong & cruel on so many levels!! I would beat his ass myself but I know eventucally he will suffer a pretty awful death!! How can anyone knowin infect another with a devistating disease? Does his freakin' life suck so bad he has gotta get revenge somehow? I wonder how many other women he has infected? I know it seems small, but getting his yahoo360 page deleted I hope helped , at least for a while from him hookin up with anymore naive women. Anyway, sorry to be the bearer of crappy news & bring up j-ass again , but I thought some of you would want top know. I gotta run, my toddler is demanding we watch batman. Take it easy!! Julia

I apoligize for my spelling errors earlier. When I'm pissed I type badly. When she had brought his 360 page to my attention, I admit I skimmed though the blogs. But, apparently there was a blog entry where he had actually mentioned bein infected but, that he had cured himself. If I had read that at the time I would have carried her to the Dr. myself on my back!! I wish now I had saved his entire blog. From what I understand he blames a canadian woman who supposedly hates men for infecting him. That the canadian goverment, when confronted by him refused to arrest her because canadians hate Americans! What a load of horseshit!! Pardon my french!! I think my anger just keeps building more and more! I think my husband hid the car keys in fear I would drive there myself and kill him!! It just blows my mind how someone coul be so evil to another person and or persons!!

Check into the laws where your friend is, Julia. If, as is pretty clear, Jbolt knew he was infected and didn't tell her, she should be able to have him charged with something pretty serious (up to and including murder, seeing as she is in full infection). If anything, it might prevent this sort of thing from happening again.

Good question. Know the problems you had with j-bolt I can understand why you ask it. I can not , nor will not give my friends information out. I am sure understand why. If anyone from here was following his 360 blog maybe they copied it. The answer also lies within those blog entries. You could always ask him. Who knows, maybe he will actually admit to it!! Other than that I really don't have anything I can provide you with.My word is all. But since you all don't know me , I don't really expect you to accept that. On top of that, if your friend was diagnosed with "HIV" she would have known it A LONG TIME AGO (3-6 months min.), with signs of major weight loss, endless flu-like symptoms, energy loss, on and on. In short, if she had "HIV," she would've known it an HELLUVA long time ago!!!
With all those facts, if I had the disease, I SURE AS HELL WOULD NOT BE HEALTHY, AS YOU SAW IN MY Y360 PICTURES BEFORE YOU ILLEGALLY SHUT DOWN MY PAGE, as they were quite current (the last 2 pics having been taken approximately 2 weeks ago), showing no symptoms WHATSOEVER of "AIDS!"
My last doctor check-up was on 2/26/08 and I got a perfect bill of health (with exception of my known bad back), even so far as my doctor tripping out that my cholesterol levels are perfect and his aren't though he's the same age and a non-smoker who eats health food while I smoke 2 packs a day and eat LOTS of everything put in front of me, using gobs of butter, salt and rare red meat!
If I had the disease, I SURE AS HELL would not be able to claim and prove any of that. Would I?

On top of that, Everybody knows that I've lived in the small town of Cabool, MO since May, 2006 (ergo, how could I test with a health department of ANY State/City/County, that only test once, then a patient is only in the care of a physician, not a health department rep, for 5 years when I've lived in MO for the past almost 2 years?). All 4 of us will step right into the cop shop (you, her, my doctor and me) where she can swear a complaint upon the penalty of perjury charging me with attempted murder (that's the charge until an HIV or AIDS victim does indeed die without knowledge that their partner had it, THEN it becomes murder). Then, my doctor will prove, ALSO upon the penalty of perjury, that I don't have AIDS, whereas I will file my charges against you and her for wrongful persecution/prosecution, divulging falsified medical information about me (yes, your friend would get that too, since she has said the lie to at least you) as well as extra charges against you for doing so publicly on the Internet and doing so to known enemies of mine for the sole purpose and otherwise of causing injurious actions against me, public threats, along with any other charges that can be put against you and her (as well as any of these other morons who keep it circulating). Then, while you and she are in jail awaiting trial for these charges, I'll be filing the Federally-fueled civil charges against you for all of the same and more (since there's a great deal more charges in civil court for such actions as you and she are committing). Hence, I'll obviously be suing for everything you, your family, she and her family have and will earn until the damages are met, ruining all your lives, you have left, since it'll be done at the same time as your legal trials.

Because HIV-infections are mostly chronic diseases for most patients who have access to the proper medications now (and I pray this will be the case for your friend), the charge is more likely to be "causing grievous bodily harm".

But I would suggest her health insurance (if she has any) sue him for the cost of her treatment.

Matter of fact, if J-Bolt had complied with doctor's orders on how and when to take his meds properly, the chance of passing on his infection would have been near zero. There were lots of ways he could have, and should have protected that woman.

After I last responded to any messages on this forum, you said that you had my registration blocked and such whereas I discovered I could no longer reply to things being said about me, Gail.
I don't know when you aided (if that was the case) in re-establishing my ability to post here again, but I do want to sincerely thank you for doing so.
Back then (about a year ago, give or take), I discovered unto myself that it just wasn't important to respond back to the things that were further being said about me, since I knew them not to be true and it had no bearing on me. If I had felt any other way, I could have very easily re-signed on using a different handle or such. Again... it just was not important to me.
I looked in here once or twice a month, laughing at the newest things said and/or assumed about me and I was done for a time.
But this latest situation, with the extreme, dangerously illegal lies said by this Julia person (which some people on here are being ridiculous enough to believe), could not go unanswered. Julia, if you and your husband and your friend do follow up on this, I suggest a few things:

1. Before you go, have her get with a lawyer, and take her medical records and test results with her. Find out from the lawyer what kind of charges or court order she needs to process, in order to force having him tested, and get the court order/charges documentation.

2. Take the lawyer with you when you go.

3. When you get there, go to the authorities and present the charges/court order, and have *them* enforce an immediate testing for HIV.

Then, proceed on from there as you see fit, once law enforcement has his test results in hand.

Oh---and if the lawyer says you can, take along a camcorder, and record the whole thing for posterity.

(The reason I think you need to have a test done by an impartial authority is that I wouldn't trust any doctor he produces to give accurate records.)

(I'm late to getting "acquainted" with the -- well, "legendary" would be too grandiose a term -- notable J-Bolt. Encountering it first hand like this, though... whew.)

(1) I'm in no position to determine the veracity of any of the claims Julia made. Still, the heat of her posts does indicate that something untoward has happened to her friend, and for that she and the friend have all my sympathy. I hope the best can be made out of this bad situation.

(2) The J-Bolt style of communication is ... a wonder to behold. As in, it's a wonder he communicates at all. Even for something posted in a sense of outrage (whether justified or not), you'd think he'd be aware of how much adding some spacing into blocks of text can help get the point across. Or maybe I just have impossibly high standards.

(3) The idea that a person rightly or wrongly described has having a major serious disease thinks FIRST of suing the person "reporting" the information strikes me as weird. Particularly when the outrage seems to spring more from a felt injury to his reputation (which I, out of the loop as I've been regarding the person, already knew was not sterling in the least), than the reality of whether he has, or could possibly have, the specified disease (or any other of a similar "intimately transmitted" nature).

(4) I'm boggled at the demonstrated ignorance of how and how fast HIV/AIDS manifests itself. The idea that one actually NECESSARILY show physical signs is ludicruous. It is, in fact, one of the major problems involved in getting those at risk to even be tested! "But I don't have any symptoms!"

HIV-positive means you HAVE THE VIRUS IN YOUR SYSTEM. It does not mean that it has yet become active. Drugs can now help maintain this balance. But that's all they can do right now - keep the balance. That means, if the patient takes care of him or herself, sticks to the drugs, and is very, very careful ... they can maintain a fairly normal life. Magic Johnson, anyone? If you see a picture of him now, aside for weighing more than he did when playing basketball, the man looks QUITE healthy.

AIDS means the auto-immune system has been compromised, that the HIV has become active. It means that the system that FIGHTS illness cannot do it's job. Again, if you can keep from getting sick, you can go on with a semblence of normality. But you are at risk from anything because the body's defenses no longer work.

So... I find J-Bolt's claim, that his mere present appearence means anything at all regarding this question, to be beyond anything stupid and irrelevant.

And I think I'll stop with that.

He is obviously a person who inspires eventual loathing in most who come to know him, for whatever reason. But he's also obviously one of those people who doesn't care about the damage he leaves behind himself -- because it's all apparently someone else's fault.

In later years, I found out that it was a false alarm and that was my "cure."
Whenever I split from a relationship that I suspected that the woman I was with had taken part in any kind of 'at-risk' behavior, I always tested for any/all STD's. They've always come out to be NEGATIVE.
Earlier, I brought up about my last medical check-up, on 2/26/08, to show that I STILL have a PERFECT bill of health, with exception of my known bad back.
Just so you know... when I wrote the entry into my father's virtual memorial (which the sick jerkwads on here are perverting), I was still under the assumption that I possibly had the fore-mentioned blood virus. I was extremely depressed about that as well as the fact that I had a stroke resulting from 2 infected disks in my back having cut off the blood and oxygen to my brain, inducing the stroke. Antibiotics cleared the infections out and I perfectly recovered from the stroke with no remaining problems resulting. I was in the hospital for that for a period of one week, while the antibiotics took effect, so that I could be under observation until it all cleared up.
Does that answer any of your questions regarding my medical health?

The same can be said that anybody with 2 brain cells to rub together knows that a patient is not continually treated for 5 years by a health department representative... they are treated by a physician AFTER the initial positive test result has been singularly given by the rep. On top of that, who is stupid enough to ignore the fact that a person cannot even be treated by a doctor for 5 years if they've lived in a State for almost 2 years that is over 1,400 miles away from their previous State.
I have freely given my confidential medical information, showing my innocence of the accusations ridiculously made against me. Physical proof of this can easily come about once the accuser begins any legal implementation, after which I shall begin mine against those who make such an illegally public accusation, for creating such a physically dangerous lie about me.

Without quoting the pm I received word for word - not that it was confidential, just that it's not necessary, I would like to state for the record that I believe that Julia is acting in good faith based upon what she has been told.

I would also like to state that I do not believe that this is a case of using the "my friend" dodge to avoid admitting that you're talking about yourself. Julia has a very young child (who's teething right now), which means that she would have automatically been tested for HIV/AIDS during the course of her maternity care - it's SOP these days. If the women in question has been infected long enough that her diagnoses is that of full-blown AIDS rather than HIV positive, then her date of infection (given that she is an average case) was more than likely long before Julia's last AIDS test. My medical facts could be wrong, however - I am aware that the progression of HIV into AIDS has a different timetable for each individual infected.

Now, whether Julia has possibly been fed erroneous or exaggerated information (leading to J-Bolt's rants about 5 years vs. 2) is not for me to say. But I do believe that she is simply attempting to reach out to people who have experienced J-bolt's previous problematic behavior in an attempt to build a support system for her friend.

I, for one, agree that those of us who are tempted to jump into action should proceed with caution and wait for further confirmation of the situation before collecting money or stating categorically that the situation is exactly as Julia stated. However, based on what she has communicated here and in pm, in addition to MacQuarrie's statements, I am much more inclined to believe her than to believe Mr. Fisher.

This is just so sad. An estimated 33 million people in the world have Aids, and approximately 6000 Africans die from the disease on a daily basis.

These statistics that I just mentioned are a part of the reason why I chose international studies as my major. I want to DO something about this.

The US pledged $30 billion to fight this disease in 2007, but, if empiricism is any indicator of what the future will be like; than I am very doubtful that all of the money pledged will be delivered.

Last night, I happened upon this in a reasonably timely manner and just figured that SOMEBODY would have the common sense to recognize the fraudulence behind such moronic accusations. I again over-estimated the mental capacity of the great majority of people on here. To say that a person gave another person a virus that they do NOT have is beyond criminal. This surpasses the intelligence that it takes even an average person to reason even the most remote amount of questioning to ask the accuser to not make such a serious accusation without some form of proof to back it up. The same can be said that anybody with 2 brain cells to rub together knows that a patient is not continually treated for 5 years by a health department representative... they are treated by a physician AFTER the initial positive test result has been singularly given by the rep. On top of that, who is stupid enough to ignore the fact that a person cannot even be treated by a doctor for 5 years if they've lived in a State for almost 2 years that is over 1,400 miles away from their previous State.
I have freely given my confidential medical information, showing my innocence of the accusations ridiculously made against me. Physical proof of this can easily come about once the accuser begins any legal implementation, after which I shall begin mine against those who make such an illegally public accusation, for creating such a physically dangerous lie about me.
Do I feel sorry for the person who has been diagnosed with HIV? Yes, I do... if it is indeed true. I tend to have doubts because of the obviously false information that has been given about it. I also doubt it because so many people on this board have thrown out many different ridiculous accusations against me for the sole purpose of inciting another riot against me with their brainless followers.

I've heard the allegation before, but I never commented on it. Now that somebody else has brought it up, I've added my two cents. If I wanted to attack J-Bolt and show my hate for him, I would have trotted it out years ago.

I don't hate Jim. I find him ridiculous, and I make a point of refuting his bullshit when it looks like he's angling for money by dubious means. On more than one occasion I've gone out of my way to help the poor bastard.

There's nobody here who hates Jim Fisher. The problem is, he hasn't created a reputation for honesty and integrity that would allow people to dismiss the allegations. As extreme as the charges are, I don't find it beyond the realm of possibility for him to do what he's accused of. He has demonstrated an astonishing capacity for delusion and denial, so I don't doubt at all that he could have convinced himself he was cured or never really had the virus.

At this point, though, the burden is really on the accuser to "put up or shut up" as we've told Jim on innumerable occasions. It's a hell of a serious charge to make, and if it's not followed up by some kind of official action, then it's absolutely right to call bullshit and apologize to Fisher.

I'm dropping the subject now. As far as I'm concerned, this allegation is gossip until somebody proves otherwise. If Julia fails to show proof, I will apologize to Jim Fisher for believing this story. Meanwhile, you'll not hear another syllable out of me about it.

Have you read the entire thread ? How has Gail tried to help him ? She offered him a script outta the kindness of her heart. Macquarrie bought posters to help spread the word of him. Well, first, I, and others, have said, 'innocent until proven guilty.'

This is a terrible accusation, but I repeat, this is the second person to have made this claim that I am aware of, apparently. I can't imagine how two such accusations would not be worthy of discussion if they were leveled at one of the comics creators you have a grudge about. And J-bolt's own words and previous lunatic claims make this a concern at least. If this isn't true, it's a horrible accusation against Jim Fisher. If it IS true, then nothing we say or do in this thread could possibly be a shadow over how horrible this alleged crime would be. I can only imagine your gleeful tirades about, say, John Byrne if even a hint of such an accusation were made against him (which it isn't, for those with poor reading comprehension).

Thing is...

You also have to keep in mind his uncontrollable hyperbole. I may have glanced over something relevant but the part about the disease being "fatal" is something I only saw from J-Bolt.

He doesn't have the credibility for me to believe that it is, in fact, fatal.

It would appear to me that he contracted an STD, believed or professed that he was "cured" and spread it.

The "fatal" part comes from him.

I realize HIV is the elephant in the room that everyone lept to.

I think he has syphilis and, for some strange reason, have had that irrational hunch since very early after I became aware of him.

Incidentally, there are forms of syphilis which result in meningitis, spinal, motor and sensory impairment. I don't know why this flagged syphilis for me but Jim has had back trouble for years.

I think Syphilis would explain some of Jim's irregularities and eccentricities and I'd feel BAD for him if he did catch it. It may even alleviate him of some responsibility. However, his activities really should be more closely guarded by his parents and ultimately the state if he is not in command of his faculties.

Of course, the issue here might be that in every practical respect, the state and the Fischer family safeguard Jim to the best of their abilities on an in-person, physical level. That they support him and try to encourage him in healthy activity. However, the advent of the internet and the anonymity allowed him to loose his delusions in a wild and unchaperoned forum where the normal safeguards against wild acts of fraud, seduction and self-injury were not there for a man who has been tragically marred and is incapable of responsibility or self-interest without someone holding his hand, as much as he seems to resent the people who do.

BOMBSHELL MOVIE GOING FULL STEAM AHEAD

A new cast member has been added to the highly-anticipated film, which is all but guaranteeing it to be an outright "blockbuster," starting from its opening weekend.

Quite a few people have their own Bombshell. For some reason, it seems like the IN thing to come up with: your own Bombshell. I've just got it as a main title character. Hell... even Transformers has a Bombshell. It doesn't worry me a bit.

Transformers has had a Bombshell character since 1985.

J-Bolt's Bombshell predates that, I think. Not that Hasbro would have any way of knowing.

I'm thinking he created when he was in middle school in the 70s or something.

Incidentally, my favorite new quote is:

"Intentional Malfunction" could be the breathtaking sequel to "Ominous Beauty".

There's something about my inner synaesthetic that really gets inspired by J-Bolt's unusual word choices. If he could control these outbursts of synaesthesia or misapplied cannotations to words, I think it could make for a very talented poet and writer.

The problem is, he reminds me of those would-be directors who refuse to adhere to formal conventions. Breaking the rules can be a path to greatness but you have to KNOW the rules and break them meaningfully or you just have a mess.

Morita died in 2005. Looking over biography, I see no mention of his 'specially written role'. And considering his passing was 2.5 years ago, even the most specific part woulda been re-written and re-cast by now. That's a pace so slow a snail woulda outpaced it.

Because of my ex-gf, Joann (from over a year ago, for those of you who
remember), my original Lord Red Dragon page is still defunct, as she
is the one who created lies, which caused the page to be shut down.
I've threatened Yahoo with legal implications in their helping her
with the criminal implications against me, also harassing me on the
page, but they're still moving quite slow.
I'm not a person who cuts and runs, as I NEVER take a coward's way
out. I'll fight this to the end, until I win... as always.
