What can I expect to be charged for a weekly comic strip?

Hi,

Firstly, sorry for posting in the wrong forum, if that is what I have done, but I don't know where else to ask this question.

I need to hire a comic strip artist to draw me comic strips that I want to publish on around a weekly basis. They will contain around 6 to 9 cells, and the whole strip will measure about 750x650 pixels. It will probably be black and white, but am open to other offers.

How much would artists typically charge to draw me a comic strip like this?

Sorry, you don't understand, probably my fault; am updating my question to make it clearer. I need an artist to draw these comics for me, and need to know how much I can expect to pay him/her.
