I have an interesting idea for my own comic, but sadly I can not draw:frown: . The idea started out as an idea for a book superhero, but I thought it'd be cool if i could find somebody to draw it for me. Do you think I could somehow get Marvel pencilers and colorists Chris Bachalo and Simone Bionchi to help me? I can publish the comic on lulu.com, (the website gets 20% i get 80), then i can split the profits between me and Marvel.

Yeah, hey Fitch or Coipel..if you arent too busy I have this Demolition Man mini-series Idea. I need an artist.

Issue titles--
Issue one "I'm D'man"
Issue two "Stink of the ages"
Issue three "Bath"
Issue four "I was an Avenger Once"
Issue five " Cram it Osbourne!"

You will need to be able to render a realistic network of sewers. Buxom blondes, Mutated Turtles, Wolverine, Mole Man, and the entire Marvel U.

How does that answer my question?

How does this sound. Kid is almost hit by crashing meteor and he gains powers from the radioactive space rock.
-EDIT- I'm still working on this comic book idea of mine, but I have to finish my novel first. After I'm done with the novel, I'll need to establish the comic character's background and stuff, then work on the script. Only then will I look for a penciller, colorist, inker, and letterer. (really hope I can find someone who can do at least more than one of these, that would save me money and time)

I went to this comic book art submission website and they asked for a turn-about. What's that?

I'm going to create The Crimson on Champions Online. Also, I'm still waiting on an answer on my last post.

No expert here (though I'm a comic penciler and inker), but ususally a "turn-about" can be a reference to the rate at which the illustrator/writer of the series rotates or changes. For instance, if I have a 5 issue run on a series and then the editor decides to give the series to another artist for a 4 run-deal, then the turnabout rate would be amount or the projected amount of times the creative team actually changes per year or quarter.

It can also be a reference to the release frequency of the book (monthly, bi-monthly, one-shot, etc) or even how long it takes for the artist to render a complete book/panel draft from the time the script is recieved.

Not sure if that is what they are asking since I don't hear that term used often anymore. Hope this helps!

I don't think they're using the correct term but i think they're asking how fast you work. How many pages can you deliver a month for certain. When launching a regular series they need to be sure you can deliver an actual regular series rather than the occasional issue once in a blue moon.
