View Full Version : From now until Sunday night, ask Claremont your X-Men Forever questions here.

While we're still transcribing the rest of the first massive interview with Chris Claremont, he's graciously agreed to answer questions about X-Men Forever going forward. So here's what we're going to do:

We're going to collect questions from you from now until Sunday at midnight. Then we're going to present the best questions to Chris, along with a few of our own. We'll run the answers on Wednesday.

With X-Men Forever running bi-weekly, this will give you a fix to tide you over between issues. And we may work with Marvel to add some of these questions and answers to trade collections of the book.

Post your question here http://www.comicmix.com/news/2009/06/11/ask-chris-claremont-about-x-men-forever-1/?cid=17874#c17874

Dear Mr. Claremont,
I'm a HUUUUGE fan of Generation X ( the book. the actual generation sux).
Will any of the characters from Gen X be playing a role at some point during X-Men forever?

Mr. Claremont, when will you kill Sabertooth and Wildchild? You made a nice start with Wolverine.

Also, if this book fails, will you finally retire and go away and let some new young blood write some Marvel titles?

You really are in denial. He said he was killing Wolverine. Not Logan. Logan is going to be Sabretooth. CC thinks he's smarter than fans (which in your case might be true), but just ask.

I might just have to challenge Claremont to an IQ test then?

Thanks for the suggestion.

I filled out my email and user name in the fields above the comment box and then just typed my comment. When I was done I hit send and it was temporarily posted under the others, but said I had to activate the post via email. The email came but it said fatal error when I clicked the link. I refreshed and it had this page with my email and terms of service, so I clicked accept, still got fatal error but when I checked my comment had been added.

YAY. But yeah they really need to make that a little less complicated. Or at least stop having it say fatal error.

Can we spam for membership of another board in this one? It seems odd.

I also have the same question that Justin does. Who decides which question is best?

Jamesfreeman asked a darn good question though.

Mine would be

"Mr. Claremont, Any plans on using Rusty and Skids or Artie Maddicks? I love them all. Also, will you be visiting the Days of Future Past future?"

The only reason I posted it here was to get a large variety of questions asked besides just my Sabretooth questions.

Nobody ever posts at comicmix, and I know there are tons of X-fans here, who want to ask Claremont questions about X-Men forever.

comicmix won't be stealing any of us away from CBR.

Comicmix takes months to transcribe interviews, and Claremont had some family issues to deal with a few weeks ago, so the answers to the questions are still a month or more away.
