Gosamyr's species cocoons themselves for thousands of years when they become adults. When their cocoon hatches, they are super giant scary monsters.

Is Gosamyr currently in her cocoon, or does she still have time to make an appearance in New Mutants? Maybe the monster version of her will come back through the time stream and make an appearance.

With DnA, the New Mutants will apparently go to space. So a return of Gosamyr is possible.

What has Bret Blevins been doing? I didn't like how he made the New Mutants look demonic when they were angry (which was often in that run), but he drew a damn fine Gosamyr.

I was wondering that, myself. Blevins really is a good artist, just totally wrong for the New Mutants. Although he did a pretty good job on NM#49.

Gosamyr as a villain doesn't even sound right. A hero and nothing less is the way to go.
