Does anyone know who that fellow giving a hard time to the ladies is? Some guy called "bone crusher" or thereabouts, I guess.

It looks like stylish than I expected.

Looks alright, I probably won't be getting it but it hardly looks bad.

Guillem March had said the art would be more dynamic and less "Playmate pose" style, and that was an accurate thing to say - very sharp art. But without Dini's dialogue it's impossible to tell so far.
Still, Dini tends to be solid. Hopefully it's sharp reading.

I know that Harley and Ivy are buds but has Catwoman has past history of befriending them???
I'm curious to see why they are working together.... And if they will be good gals....

Wow, yeah this is really different then his past work I've seen. I had to double check that it was still March's work after clicking on the thumbnails. The coloring really seems off as well, compared to what his work normally looks like. I'd rather see the look and coloring of the last thing I read that was drawn by March (the Denny O'Neil two party story in Batman & Detective), which seems to be his normal style.

Yeah, I've been wondering about the same things as well. Especially as it relates to Catwoman. Is she going to go completely bad again? Try to get Harley and Ivy stay straight and narrow? Looking forward to finding out.

Yeah, agreed. And this also appears to be taken from the middle of the book somewhere, which doesn't help either.

BFTC: The Underground shows how the three ladies (and the Riddler, who is also seen on one of these pages) come together. In fact, that book continues directly into Sirens #1. So, anyone who intends to pick up Sirens, I suggest you pick this up first.

But I did like that Harely looked like she was having fun again. She was written as such a generic lifeless character in countdown.
I almost wish Dustin Nguyen would've stuck with Dini on THIS book instead of SOG.
Nothing against the art here, I mean it's good no doubt. But I really do love the combination of the way Dini writes the Gotham, a-hem, "Sirens" and the style Nguyen draws them in.

:frown:
I liked this more before I saw the art. Not that i wanted anything slick and playboy looking, not at all. this just seems too cartoony and lightweight. really not my thing. And Guillem March came to mind instantly when I heard the concept for this title, long before he was officially announced
I hope he gets replaced by Pablo Raimondi. he drew everyone and everything beautifully in BotC Undergound.

Looks kind of dumb. I was never planning to buy this book, but I was open to it if I liked the art (I hate to say it, but the only reason I'd buy any book staring these characters would be for the art).

I like the style they are going for here. It causes the book to stand out. There plenty of other books with female characters that look like nothing more then modeling or porn-ish magazines . Something different is a welcome change. I hope they at least explain why these three are together as this is a #1 issue and not everyone would have read BftC.

The art looks more cartooney, colorful than i expected.
Dustin Nguyen would have been better fit.
Still i will try it and see how the complete works are.

Art's incredibly disappointing. Thought it would be classier as I'm very much looking forward to a book featuring Selina, Holy, Nigma, Harley and Ivy.
