Think of her as Hill, but more ruthless and competent.

I've actually got a little theory about Ms Hand's REAL role in Dark Reign. People have been speculating that Norman isn't the true mastermind behind things, that he's either being used and/or directed by an unseen ally/puppetmaster most likely whoever it was he introduced to the villainous Cabal that we never learned the identity of.
I get the feeling that Hand IS that puppetmaster (Hence the name. An "Unseen Hand at work"? A "Helping Hand"? Villains do tend to love their incredibly bad puns when it comes to aliases) she's always around Norman, always consulting with him on various matters. Is she the little devil on his shoulder, goading him on? (Perhaps literally given that some Spider-Fans have suggested Norman's secret ally is Mephisto and "Dark Reign" is yet another of his attempts to screw with Spidey)

Why would Sage want to do anything like that? I don't really think she's Mephisto either, just because Dark Reign has fucked EVERYONE in the Marvel U, not just Spidey.
I'm starting to think she may be SCARLET WITCH.

Victoria Hand is one badass name. However I don't think she's calling the shot, it would be too much of heaven if she were "am so sexiest, can't stand male villains, but adore femele"

i'm surprised to see onyxx and bling!, seems kind of random. surge is around, too, which is confusing given her situation in x-force.

i think i was one of the first people to start saying i think mephisto is norman's unknown ally
the spiderman connection why omd happened and why the writers were so insiten on doing it that way... i'm starting to think maybe theres a connection down the line
and ms hand is deffinetly going to be playing a bigger role down the line

It was cool, but she was kind of cold. It really didn't make much sense for why she was there, you know. She just kind of showed up with the team. Was she the girl they made Sauron come back to? I never did understand what her origin was.

You know, Norman picking a fight with the x-men and somehow forcing Warren to reveal his dark side would make for an interesting story. But then it might also force the team to relocate again. Who'd want Death protecting their city after all?
