So, I was flipping through my trade of Infinite Crisis, when I got to the part where Superman of Earth-2 destroys Batman's kryptonite ring. My question is, did Clark ever give him a new ring?

No. but when "new earth" was formed, it magically appeared in the utility belt again.

In Tower of Babel it was revealed that Batman experimented with various types of Krypotonite...

One would assume has some stash of kryponite used for expermentation....

Also in the conclusion of recent Superman/Batman search Kryptonite storyline it was revealed Batman kept a large vault of Kryptonite in the Bat Cave...

I assume it'd be a rather easy task for Batman to aquire another Kryptonite ring...

Actually, according to Superman #668, Batman doesn't have any Kryptonite. He's been experimenting with red solar energy to use on Superman. This lead to Bruce and Clark making a watch that emits red solar energy for Chris Kent. "The Search For Kryptonite" is not in continuity, so Batman doesn't have a variety to choose from. When the Earth-22 Superman showed up, Batman did have a ring, but it wasn't used by Nightwing and Robin when they attempted to stop Commander Gor and his troops from taking the Toyman out of Arkham. So it seems that at the moment, there is no Kryptonite ring. Only Metallo and Reactron have Kryptonite for weapons, along with Steel.

When was the ring first introduced?A long, long time ago, during John Byrne's (IIRC) run on the Superman books.

It was originally Lex Luthor's kryptonite ring. The one that his original body got terminal cancer from.
Apparently he kept it, and Bats and Supes plotted to liberate it from him while he was president of the USA. This was in Greg Rucka's run on Detective Comics, not long after No Man's Land.

The ring debuted in Superman #2, volume two in 1987. Lex lost it after he had lost his hand around Superman #18, towards the end of Byrne's run. The ring was the focus of the three part story, "Dark Knight Over Metropolis". In that story, Superman and Batman team up to investigate deaths related to the ring. Superman gives the ring to Batman in Action Comics #654. The ring would appear from time to time when Batman guest starred in the Superman books. In Superman #129, Lex cons Superman into getting the ring from Batman to use as evidence in Lex's trial, after he had been exposed as a villain in Action Comics #700. Lex was able to have the ring switched with a fake, but it was switched back in Detective Comics #756.
