Why doesn't Marvel own Powerhouse Pepper?
He first appeared in Timely books, but his strip has been reprinted by other companies.
Also, are you guys planning a new Golden Age handbook as part of the 70th Anniversary?

I have no idea. Contracts back then may have been different, but it's not something I know all that much about.
Also, are you guys planning a new Golden Age handbook as part of the 70th Anniversary?
Can't say, sorry. Not allowed to mention what handbooks we have in the works, outside of the ones solicited.
