I'm more into Marvel than DC so I don't know the listings of DC's ubber Cosmics and Gods anywhere near as well as Marvels. Currently I know of:
- Monitor and Anti-monitor: Both deceased.
- New Gods and Darkseid: Human form last I looked.
- Lucifer and the other Angels and mythological beings in that comic book.
- Imperiax: Deceased.
- The Oans, Ion Entity and Parallax Entity.
- The Presence and Spectre.
I have read of a few others but not really sure where they fit into the scheme of things or what they actually do. So who have I missed and what do they do?

Don't forget the Greek Gods, the supporting players of WW/
Basically every major human theology exists in the DCU as real gods, but some don't appear that often. For example, for a while there was a thing happening between Rama and Wonder Woman. Similarly, Wonder Woman sought favors from Kane, a Hawaiian deity, in Gail's recent run.

- Monitor and Anti-monitor: Both deceased.
the Monitors are all alive (there are more now)
and the Anti-Monitor was screaming when the black lantern power battery formed around him.. so he is alive.. in some way
- New Gods and Darkseid: Human form last I looked.
New Gods got their own earth to play with and Darkseid is supposed to be dead.. killed by batman no less..
- Lucifer and the other Angels and mythological beings in that comic book.
Wrong imprint.. While its true that some character from the Sandman do crossover. so might as well list him
- Imperiax: Deceased. for now...
- The Oans, Ion Entity and Parallax Entity. there are supposed to be entities like that for all the corpss..ss
- The Presence and Spectre. should be counted up there with lucifer
Long story short (with Vertigo characters that have crossed over)
Cosmic:
The Endless, New Gods, Monitors, Anit-Monitor, Guardians, Corps Creatures, Krona, Starbreaker, Imperiex, Overmaster, Time Trapper and Starro
Judeo-Christan myth:
God/The Presence, Angels, Demons, Lucifer, The Specter, The Radiant and The Phantom Stranger
other Mythology
All Mythological Gods
that should be it

and the Norse gods never interfere with Midgard, which is begging for a story of its own..
lets face it.. no DC gods have the might that Odin has .. might as in amount of warriors under his command.. yet he never lets them interfere.. there is with out a dough a story there!

Starro is a cosmic? I must have missed that level of power. Clue me in.

The Monitors all went away at the end of Final Crisis, never to return, with the exception of the one who was sent to earth in Final Crisis, and I think he's had a power down, but it's unclear.

Didn't Superman and Wonder Woman go to Asgard and help Thor?

It will likely be fully enumerated in posts after this for each of their individual cases, but DC does have a decent number of both cosmic and godlike entities. Although less defined than the many when compared to Marvel's differing pantheons and their relationships with eachother, DC does have a pretty interesting and colorful history within its own core universe. Currently, I am trying to figure it all out myself, but others in the DC forum could likely spout off certain trades/volumes to check out if you are pretty interested in the subject.
I will try and briefly give you a status on each one you mentioned above:
- Anti-Monitor: Dead after the Sinestro Corps War in recent Green Lantern titles. Now serving as the power battery for the upcoming Blackest Night.
- New Gods are all pretty much dead but shown reborn on some other Earth (E-51) after Final Crisis #7.
- Lucifer and others were likely mentioned in the recent Reign in Hell mini. Didn't really follow so I cannot say for certain for their fates.
- Imperiex: That fool is deader than a doorknob unless he finds Black Power ring in BN.
- The Oans are alive a well while being typically aloof & arrogant to the dangers to the GLC around them , while suffering a split from some. Two (Ganthet and Sayd) of them went on to found the Blue Lantern Corps, while one (Scar) is tainted from her experience from the Anti-Monitor (will also be explained in upcoming BL, at least hopefully). Ion is still around but in the Daxamite (think Supes just another more isolated world with similar powers under a yellow sun) Sodam Yat, who has seen plenty of face time recently since the Sinestro Corps War. Parralax will also make an appearance in the near future during Blackest Night.
- The Specter is still around, but instead of being Hal Jordan after GL: Rebirth, he found his way to to Cripus Allen, Renee Montoya's old partner in Gotham after Infinite Crisis. Oh yeah, Renee is also the new Question, after the original died from lung cancer in the weekly 52 series...
/Whew!!! I know that was a lot. But the italics should detail a good amount on wikipedia if you want to really catch up using those search terms. Hope that helps.
cheers
