Let the self-loathing commence!

If I weren't me I would never hang in the same social circles as me so I would never get the chance to meet me or befriend me, so I would never be able to befriend myself.

But if I did meet myself I would say "My, you are one sexy devil."

Well, I guess it depends on who would I be if I wasn't me.

Well, I guess it depends on who would I be if I wasn't me.Exactly. If not-me was a teetotalling douche, for instance, then not-I definitely wouldn't wanna hang out with me.

I have no interest in meeting teetotalling douche howyadoin.

Exactly. I think it's the douche part, mostly.

Exactly. I think it's the douche part, mostly.Don't underestimate the non-drinking part of the equation.

Now, yes, ten years ago, not so much.

There's nothing wrong with me that an occasional boot in the ass can't fix so sure.

Don't underestimate the non-drinking part of the equation.

But that's the only redeeming factor, see, because it means you get all the booze for yourself.

Although that's probably not his primary motive!

Have Paradox as a friend? Nah, he's too self-involved, the grouchy old misanthrope.

Now, yes, ten years ago, not so much.

That's an interesting way of putting it!

Younger Me would probably be really startled by Older Me.

Fuck no.

Try as I might, there is no way that one of me wouldn't end kicking the other me's ass.

Well, if I wasn't me, then I could be anybody. So, how would I know if I wanted me as a friend?

Well, on the one hand, I'm loyal, supportive, and can be giving.

On the other, I also have a tendency to be too honest for my own good, impatient, and am irascible.

So if I friend me, I can expect to lose patience easily, and be on the receiving end of a verbal tirade, followed by several apologies.

I think I would friend me for the first three traits. But I don't know how long I'd be able to put up with me.
