I've opted to make this the thread where we see the news story of the day where there are people making headlines that honestly, you probably wouldn't lose any sleep if the world was denied their presence. You know, child murderers. Ethnic cleansers. Serial puppy rapists (people who rape puppies, not puppies who rape) and so forth. Sadly, it seems like we see one of these kinds of people making the news everyday...




This news story disgusted me so much I thought to broach the topic, and didn't want to award the pretty malicious wanker his own thread. Hell, the title would've been most of the whole story.

Is it safe to say I think the justice system is doing the right thing, locking him away and all? Should he have been tried for manslaughter? Could he have been? Anyway you spin it, deliberately giving HIV to people... one would only hope he doesn't use his martial arts skills to continue to do so with his fellow inmates in prison.


In any event, this certainly is a person I know I can do without.

Now I feel obliged to report that in my country, a group of 'men' in a longtime secluded, rural part, held 'parties', to inject eachother with their either possible or definite HIV-infected blood. They got off on it, reportedly... Some two or three years ago. Last year they got tried and convicted (likely a record time for my country), all most eager and willing to a full confession. To my knowledge there was one individual who knew for sure to be HIV-positive and I believe he got convicted for manslaughter or at least 'attempt at', receiving a long scentence at least, for our standards.

But yeah, really twisted and defective and loathesome, ranking up there with what shouldn't.
And W., I much rather read or post on likeable stuff, not loathesome, you know?

The guy in Texas reminds me of a story I read once about South African prisons... the inmates use HIV infected rapists as weapons against each other as "shivs" to inflict death sentences.
