The trailers had amazons being mutilated, but in the dvd the same sequence has ares son only tossing them around, did they chicken out in the end to include those scenes ? also besides the slashing there is no blood in battle........well....except for the girl's eye.

Um, it's been a bit since I watched the DVD, but I remember thinking that scene was particularly bloody for an animated movie. I'll have to check again.

The UN will only censure the film if it refuses to let inspectors in to examine its nuclear program.

The recent WW movie that came out?
Well, if you watch the interviews with the director and Timm, she said that she initially made the movie VERY bloody and stuff, but then, the censors went over everything and they had to edit a LOT of the blood and gore out of it.
Maybe they never fully re-edited the trailers as well? :confused:
