Marvel is putting together a paperback of one of my favorite storylines ever! Marv Wolfman and John Byrne collaborated on a Fantastic Four storyline involving the Sphinx's acquisition of cosmic-level power and the FF's recruitment of the sole warrior they could think of powerful enough to fight him: Galactus!

Release date: August 2009. Here's the link (http://www.amazon.com/Fantastic-Four-Search-Galactus-Graphic/dp/0785137343/ref=sr_1_71?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1241713063&sr=1-71).

And DC is finally coming out with the most famous storyline I've never read: Shazam (Captain Marvel): The Monster Society of Villains! Link here (http://www.amazon.com/DC-Classics-Library-Monster-Society/dp/1401225179/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1241714250&sr=1-1).

All that I have to do now is figure out how to drop all my subscriptions to floppies and still have Wednesday Comics put away for me...

The whole storyline with the Sphinx and Galactus was aawesome. NOt only was Byrne still putting effort into his art at that time, but it introduced Terrax.

And we got to see a Sphinx/Galactus fight. And while the battle was great, it became apparent after awhile that Galatus was not in any danger and it ended with an open handed slap to Sphinx's face.

Great stuff.
