Rachel isn't whinny. At first, she was annoyed at her dad replacing Jean with a she-male. But she quickly grew to accept Emma and considers her with respect. Where is this evidence of Arr Chl whinning? She got over her entire family's genocide in 2 issues. What more do you want?

I dunno. Rachel's defining trait isn't that she's whiny (she's an X-Man, they all are), it's that she's crazy. Which of the New X-Men are most likely to snap and need to be stabbed in the chest by X-23? Anole seems pretty crazy (attacking Illyana? Psycho), I'll go with him.
