Severins, actually. Unless we're talking about a couple of disgraces who can't make a deadline to save their lives, in which case the younger Kuberts win by a mile. Their father should disown them.

On what? Fantasy, I prefer John Buscema. War comics, Kubert.
On super-heroes, both John and Joe don't like them but John was excellent on Avengers and FF. Sal was good on every series he touched: Avengers, PPTSSM and MTU, Captain America, Defenders, Hulk.
The younger Kuberts started too high on the flashy and too low on the storytelling in the 90s. Origin, 1601, Whatever happened to the Caped Crusader are good

John Buscema is one of my all-time favorites, and I've always had a soft spot for Sal's art. I love Joe Kubert's work, but I'm not fond of either Adam's or Andy's work, although I don't hate it either. So, I'm going with the Buscemas.

Are you kidding me ? The Buscemas were the fastest most proffesional team there was. The two brothers were often called apon to bail Other artists out.

Joe over John and Sal, but John and Sal over Adam and Andy. And this sounds so weird.

Buscemas, without question. I like Joe well enough, but don't hold him in as high a regard as most. I find his kids to be "eh".

John Buscema was always one of my favorites. But why not a three-way-dance and throw in the Romitas?

Gotta go Busema's, they could keep a deadline as stated above and pinch hit on any title.
The Kuberts (sons) could be great but they especialy Adam don't always stay consistant. Adam seems to be the favorite but I prefer Andy.

I'm in complete agreement with this.

I'm in complete agreement with this.
Me too, and it's funny how this rating happens to be proportional to the amount of Tarzan material that these gentlemen produced!

I prefer Joe Kubert. He's one of the best artists ever. Regarding his sons, I don't really know the difference. They're both okay, I guess, but nothing spectacular. I liked Ultimate Iron Man (Was that Adam or Andy?).
Romita Jr. is great. Sr. is good.
Both the Buscemas are good, but I have a soft spot for John's Savage Sword of Conan work.
John Severin's work on the EC war comics was outstanding. Marie's Marvel work was merely okay.

All wonderful artist, each with their own strengths.
The interesting thing is that when I looked at John Buscema's work when he inked himself, I could see the influence Joe K had on his art.
