This is from a movie poster for the film "Poppa's Delicate Condition".

This was probably drawn by Jack Rickard, but for some reason I am seeing the style of another well known comic book artist.

If this is not by Rickard, who would your second guess be?

I wouldn't have a 2nd guess. I say it's Rickard. For me, the eyes are unmistakable.

OK. I guess my brain is playing tricks on me. I got a Wally Wood vibe for some reason. That horse and the little girl looked like some of the fantasy drawings Wood did.

I thought that might be what you were going for , but the "Woody" elements aren't inconsistent w/ Rickard's art.
