Can current Superman move a planet by himself?

No. He needed help from GL & WW to move the moon in a recent (one of Waid's last) JLA story.

That was before infinite crisis & final crisis , wasn't it ?

God knows what the new earth superman is capable of.

If the story called for it, sure. That's sort of Superman's thing. He's as strong as he needs to be. One of the old Superman writers said something to that effect. I dont' believe he has as of yet, but he hasn't needed to.

Post-Crisis on Infinite Earths, no. DC toned down his powers a lot. He was just too powerful. I mean, if you can push a planet out of orbit, if the Toyman really a threat? Post-Infinite Crisis, probably. Dan DiDio and Geoff Johns love those Silver Age books.

Post-crisis, Yes. I have a DC Comics Presents comic with Superman and Adam Strange where he does indeed move the earth (with great effort, however).

So far, Clark has not moved a planet since "Infinite Crisis". "Final Crisis" didn't change his power levels at all. At the moment he's where he was before sun dipping, only slightly above there. He's still quite strong, but hasn't done anything on par with moving a planet by himself. Much less with the help of others. Superboy-Prime is the only one who can still do that.

That was pre crisis at #3, because #86-88 were Crisis tie-ins and actually introduced the still-planet pushing Superboy Prime.

Post crisis during Worlds At War he dove into the sun and came out super-charged enough to push Warworld, which is the size of a planet or moon, depending on what story you're reading.

Since the Earth-2 Superman is supposed to, correct me if I'm wrong, supposed to be getting a Black Power Ring in Blackest Night it will be interesting to see how strong he is as a pre-Crisis, albeit dead, Kryptonian.

Kal-L's Kryptonian powers were still the same in "Infinite Crisis" as they were in "Crisis On Infinite Earths". So they'd probably still be the same in "Blackest Night", only the difference is that he'll be supported by the black ring. Much like a Green Lantern ring would be a boost for Kal-El, I'd wager it'd be the same for Kal-L.

He needed help moving planets just recently, at the end of Final Crisis.

God knows what the new earth superman is capable of.

New Earth Superman is capable of a lot of things ... but in Final Crisis, it took him, 52+ Multiversal Supermen, and a battalion of Green Lanterns to drag New Earth out of the abyss of Darkseid's sphere of influence.

Superboy-Prime on the other hand ...

Actually, FC doesn't clearly demonstrate that it's impossible since it may have been an issue of expedience and safety. In IC, a massive crater is left behind by the act (still not realistic, but not really the point)... with a mass of Supermen, you can distribute the force more evenly, preform the task quicker, and maintain the integrity of the planet as well as its inhabitants.
