Tell me about Bart Allen's return

In Flash: Rebirth #1, it's mentioned in passing that Bart has also returned from the dead. This was news to me. Can anyone tell me where and how this happened?

Heh Jim,

The return is ongoing but it happened at the end of the epic legion of 3 worlds 3 by johns and perez.

to fight PRIME.

All the electric powered legionaires and his speedster cousin XS helped bring him out of Brainiac 5's lightning rod that he captured in the JLA/JSA crossover the lighning saga.

Next issue prime and bart will fight.

The delays on legion of 3 worlds didn't help flash rebirth but those are the breaks

Well, that explains it. I have my earlier issues of LOTW sitting in a stack, waiting for the conclusion before I read them.
