Holy crap! I saw this cover last week somewhere on the internet. And it explained who those three characters were.

I'll remember where I saw this eventually.

OK, now I remember. This cover is featured in Scott Shaw!'s Oddball Comics Trading Cards. I was looking at my set last week.

According to Scott, the star of the book's lead feature is Firetop. Also on the cover are his henchmen: Bullethead, Needlenose, and Six Chins. Also featured are femme fatale Crepe Suzette and detective Rick O'Shea.

As of the printing of these cards the artist was unknown but perhaps that has changed since these were issued.

Maybe Scott has this in the archives of his Oddball Comics site.
