Hey guys, just asking for opinons. Do U guys think that the Young X-men should get another book being written by anyone favorite writer for since the cancelation of Young X-men, characters like Dust, Anole, Match, Trance, Ink, Cipher, Greymalkin, Rockslide and Mercury "not counting Infernal" had done NOTHING since Uncanny started. They make bery little cameo and just seen like a bunch of foster kids with no homes, heck Dr. Nemesis does more than them. Just saying, what are your opinions

I've got nothing specifically against the New X-Men- I liked them under Christina and Nunzio, dropped them after 8 issues or so of the new direction, but thought they had some good moments in Messiah Complex. That said, it's not like this is an either/or proposition... NXM didn't get cancelled to make way for New Mutants. The phrase you should be using is "I would rather have a New/Young X-Men book than an X-Force book." Or not, if you prefer X-Force. Either way, it's got nothing to do with the New Mutants. Honestly, considering Guggenheim originally wanted to write a New Mutants series, NXM fans should be glad they got another full year with some of their characters.

Honestly, considering Guggenheim originally wanted to write a New Mutants series, NXM fans should be glad they got another full year with some of their characters.

On the other hand New Mutants fans should be thankful that Guggenheim didn't get to write a New Mutants relaunch considering his Young X-men book tanked in about a year. Imagine Cipher, Ink and Greymalkin might have been New Muties instead.

Aw, I don't mean it in a bad way, it's mainly jokes. I bought New X Men myself. But the "we can really suck" bit does contribute! There was so much negativity towards the Young X Men from people that acted like that title was a personal attack on everything they stood for, that I felt I needed to speak up for the underdog.
