The handsome Library Editions alone well deserve their nominations, however, you throw in the much beloved series The Crooked Man, and you have an Eisner race worth crowing about!!

I think all of the Hellboy stuff deserved it. And Gabriel Ba of The Umbrella Academy. Is he doing the artwork for B.P.R.D. 1947? The Goon deserves another Eisner also.

Powell got robbed. 2008's 'Year of the Goon' was as good as anything Powell has ever done on the book. He really stepped it up, and gave us some of his best work ever. What does he have to do to get another Eisner? I mean, c'mon guys.

But, at the same time, I am happy for the HB noms.
