I read in CSN that some of the supervillains that didn't make the cut in Osborn's New World Order will be bumping heads with the H.A.M.M.E.R. head in coming months. Two groups that were mentioned were the new Lethal Legion and a new Zodiac. This looks very interesting to me to see how Norman is going to deal with this new threat to his plans. Is there enough firepower left in the supervillain community to deal with Norman and his many allies and underlings? Or is Norman biting off more than he can chew by trying to deal with both superheroes and supervillains? Some of the supervillains will be just as ruthless as Norman. Dark Reign is really creating some interesting scenarios andt he introduction of the anti-Norman supervillains is going to make for some very good conflicts imo.

Well Osborn really isn't actively going AGAINST the superhero community. So far we've only seen him going after Iron Man, the rest of the stuff is total 'legit'. He's had lots of under the desk deals against other supers, but its not overt.

Eh, I'd say it depends on the Hood. If he can keep control over the majority of supervillains and doesn't betray Osborn (yet), then it shouldn't be hard to mop up these stragglers. Otherwise... well, Osborn can't fight both sides at once. Not effectively.

Even if he personally isn't going head to head, alot of the people working for and with him are going to be dealing with this and that could prove to be too much. There's Agents of Atlas, the New Avengers, Tony Stark, the upcoming battle with the X-Men, the previosly mentioned supervillains who don't look lightweight by any means plus dealing with the members of his own Cabal. There's also a potential run in with Cap and whateve A:TI members that don't follow the line. And don't forget, the Punisher is on his tail.
