when does the golden age batman die? I recently bought one of the DC Seceret Origins that has the origin of the GA batman, and it mentions his death........so im wondering, when he dies(issue,etc....) and who actually kills him.

A criminal named Bill Jensen uses magic to try & wipe out all super heroes & the GA Batman dies stopping him. This story was in Adventure Comics # 462 (1979).
