I just remember enjoying Batman: Shadow of the Bat #39. It was a standalone Solomon Grundy story entitled "One Night in Slaughter Swamp." It's probably one of the earliest comic books I remember reading. I must've been no older than seven. Great times.

This title was basically a vehicle for Alan Grant stories. Personally, I liked his style.

I remember liking the Zero Hour tie-in where Bruce & Tim met the Golden Age-Alfred (issue #31).

My Favorite was "The Misfits" story.
Catman, CalendarMan, and Killer Moth kidnapped Bruce Wayne, Commissioner Gordon, and The Mayor.

I like Last Arkham. Grant and Breyfogle were a great team.
I second all of these but I was always disappointed that while Norm Breyfogle drew the backup contained in issue 75, he had nothing to do with the lead story which was a follow-up to his classic Mudpack storyline in 1989/90.
One that hasn't been mentioned:
Issues 66-68 with Bruce Wayne accused of beating his son; Gordon arrested for creating a Batman slush fund; and Batman a wanted outlaw who has been ratted out by the Penguin.
