Can anyone give me a summary of this storyline? I'm rereading my way through Messiah CompleX so I can start reading Astonishing and Uncanny again, and see if there are any hints in Messiah War that go back to CompleX. However, the first time I read it, I missed Blined by the Light, and still haven't gotten the chance to read it. Plus, I'm not a big Humberto Ramos fan, so I don't feel like spending money on it, and my local library doesn't have a copy.

Can anyone give a summary of the arc? Detailed or brief, I don't mind. As long as it's more detailed than the Wikipedia page.

Thanks!

You can go to Uncannyxmen.net and look at the issue summaries. They are very detailed, and they will have everything you need to know in them.

Blinded by the Light is one of my favorite X-Stories in the past year... it could have been even better if it weren't for the art (I'm tried of saying that these days).

Also you don't have to worry about spending money on it, because bizzarely it has been removed from print at this moment in time. Was only available as a TPB for about a year......if that.

Essentially, the Marauders (with heaps of new members, including Gambit, Sunfire, Mystique, etc.) bust up the X-Men. The Acolytes search for the Destiny Diaries (Frenzy is badass as usual) and bust up the Young X-Men. The Marauders attack again and only Iceman is able to escape unharmed. The End.

I liked his work on the New X-men and the Acolytes pages. The Marauders stuff just got confusing though.

Plus X-men 204, which is also part of Blinded By the Light, was done by Mike Choi, the anti-Ramos.

Ramos wouldn't twist Rogue's waist 240 degrees.
