I know Sups said that about Batz and that really interesting to me. Can people tell me comic arcs that talk about that but most specifically the one about Sups telling that about Batman. Is that one worth reading?

Please opinions on that one and comics that even if they are not about the arc where Superman said that could also clearly denote the statement(being it league about or otherwise)

That would be "New World Order", the first arc of Grant Morrison's run on JLA. And I, for one, would say it's definitely worth reading.

Wow, strong name I should look up for that one definetly. So how should I ask for it? just by the name or does it haves a number or something?(complete comic noob)

Its funny... I have tpb form of it and i cant find where he said that about Batman...

The story was very good I enjoyed it ^-^

Edit: Found it, delirious Superman talks back to incredule protex xD

It's where Superman is captured and Primus (or whatever his name was) is taunting him, that they have the entire League, except for Batman, but that he hardly matters as he is just a lowly, powerles human. It's just before they find the undead-like one all trussed up.
