Vanguards spaceship. In fact when they were rebuilding it in issue 144 someone mentioned it was missing.

I'm guessing that's what caused the explosion in issue 145.

Yep. It was mentioned that several items/pieces of debris from Vanguard's ship had fallen down to Earth, so I guess OverLord's armour was one such item.
