Can anyone recommend me some good SNES games? Preferably ones without Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong or Final Fantasy in the title, since I already know those are awesome.

Not already mentioned: EVO Search for Eden, any Street Fighter, Fatal Fury 2, Fatal Fury Special, War 2410, and Jurassic Park. Those were some old favorites.
If you have an emulator, I'd suggest: Dragonball Z Hyper Dimension, Go Go Ackman, Wonder Project J (English), Violinist of Hamelin (English), Jungle no Ouja Tachan, and the first Yu Yu Hakusho game. A lot of those aren't in English and are based off anime, but I've had a lot of fun with these titles with little understanding.

Terranigma really surprised me as being a pretty cool game.

Even if it is incredibly depressing.

Super Metroid - A masterpiece! Brilliant! So atmospheric! Castlevania: SotN doesn't even compare! and so forth. Seriously, though, it is worth owning.
Yoshi's Island - I'd say it's the best platformer on the SNES; I burned myself out on Super Mario All-Stars+World at an early age, though, so perhaps my opinion doesn't count.
Earthbound - For all its faults, this is still one of the best RPGs on the system. Imaginative, quirky, and- at times- casually profound. You might enjoy Earthbound even if you hate RPGs...
Contra III - Boasts a number of improvements over the first couple of Contra games. However, the graphics look kind of drab somehow, and the overhead stages always sucked.
If you're playing them on an emulator, I'd also recommend Clock Tower, Umihara Kawase, Majuu Ou, and the retranslation* (http://www.chronocompendium.com/Term/Retranslation.html) of Chrono Trigger**.
*Yeah, yeah, I know- WTFWapaneseLOL

Illusion of Gaia was better than soul blazer, and by extension, better than terranigma.
Which was also better than soul blazer.
....
And connected, Act Raiser is awesome.

I second pretty much everything mentioned. The SNES is ridiculously great. Also:
Kirby's Super Star - Eight fun games in one.
Weaponlord - If you're looking for a fighting game with gameplay as deep as the Pacific Ocean.
Mortal Kombat II - Beautiful arcade-to-console translation.
Lufia II - Fun and overlooked RPG.
Ken Griffey Jr.'s Winning Run - Funnest baseball game I've played.
Samurai Shodown - Not arcade perfect, but damn close. Screw Soul Calibur.
Sparkster - A platformer starring an opossum with a sword and jetpack. Yes.
Blackthorne - Dark and original platformer/shooter.
Secret of Evermore - Close cousin of Secret of Mana, with impressive alchemy and trading systems for such an early game.
Earthworm Jim - Funny and innovative game whose frustrating difficulty can be mitigated by easy cheat codes.

Seconded on Weapon Lord! I had that game and failed at getting others interested. I couldn't understand it! It was so much more involved than the button-mash slug-fests out there (not that there's anything wrong with those! I love SF2!).
It was loads of fun!

I call BS on this one. The SNES port just failed on so many levels. (Who ever heard of loading times on an SNES game?)
The actual arcade game kicked ass though.

Just because you didnt like it didnt mean it wasnt any good, no reason to call someone else out on it just because they happened to like it. No need to go around and find stuff that makes other people happy you dont like just so you can tell them how wrong they are, we have enough folks like that on the net already.
And it required loading times because it had to decompress the textures cause it was trying some new chip to do that since the snes was trying to keep up with the fact the game was also on the playstation, I had to go dig through nintendo power to find where someone wrote in about that. It really wasnt that big of a deal.

It's true, though. Those loading times were annoying because they would occur right after the announcer said FIGHT!
Still a decent SNES fighter, on the other hand.

Only one not listed that I would reccomend is Uncharted Waters:New Horizons.
