Spinning off the "Jennifer vs. Bailey" thread...

Certain women are attractive because they act like they don't know they're attractive. They're smart, a little shy, might be described as cute more than hot, and are exactly the type nerds like me fall for. Bailey Quarters on WKRP is one example. Mary Ann on Gilligan's Island might be another, though as somebody once said, after six months in Hollywood, Mary Ann would be Ginger. Linda Cardellini on "Freaks & Geeks" is another.

Who else is nerdbait?

Those who favor the male of the species are welcome to offer their suggestions as well.

There are a lot of suggestions in this thread I can get behind (Acker, Adams, Hannigan, Giles, Mac), but given that I've been rewatching Wonderfalls this week, I will absolutely endorse Dhavernas for leader of the thread.

Nerd-ishly, it also comes as a great disappointment when one thinks a girl is the "girl geek next door" and she's really no different than the glamour girl. Just with a different plume. Some of the Disney girls are a case in point.

I thought it was incredibly badly written. Even worse than Season 2. I only own Season 1. BB and I were geeking out over in the Lounge Monday night, but long short is that 3 was too mismatched and there wasn't really any overlapping from the big mysteries. From One Tree Hill to Veronica Mars. Nonlinear, I know.

I kind of interchange them with DiNozzo. Sometimes he's damn near as nerdy as McGeek, especially when acting out the crucial scenes with like Abby and keeps using them to describe the other team members. *shakes head* My 3 NCIS a day viewing is getting to me, I think.

I further must back up the suggestions of Felicia Day, Sam Seaborn, Jewel Staite and Linda Cardinelli.

Further, I must lodge official protest against haters of seasons 2 and 3 of Veronica Mars. While they did not have quite the highs of season 1, generally coasting a little too much, the cast was notably more comfortable in their roles, the dialogue was every bit as good, and I still think that the pilot itself is one of the worst episodes in the series.

As a note? Kristin Chenowith. In Pushing Daisies particularly, but also in anything.

Jason Schwartzman has made a CAREER out of his nerdiness.

A very well endowed beard, I'd say.

Criminal Minds seems to bring the Nerdbait. In particular, these two resonate with me:

Kristen Vangness (the fabulousness that is Penelope Garcia)

&

Matthew Gray Gubler (adorable "boy genius", Reid)

....and, because you can never have too much Lee Pace...

All the nerdbait from any Star Trek could probably go here.

Olivia Munn from Attack of The Show.

My sister loves him! (Talk about nerdbait.)

Also, your Lee Pace picture is better than mine!

I would think Pam Dawber would be one of the top nerd-crushes of all time.
If she was mentioned before, here's just another look.

Maybe I'm too young, but I have no idea who a third of these people are.
