Y'know, I'm very surprised at how much facebook has grown over the years. Indeed, when I first joined it, about 5 yrs. ago, it was a college thing, meant only for the Ivy Leagues...and my university of course :biggrin: . When I first joined up, a friend of mine told me facebook was going to consume the world. I chuckled, thinking just how silly he was. Now, the facebook regime has taken over the planet. Craziness.

As for my facebook profile, well, there are a couple of things I like to keep private. I'll just say that I'm in the NY and some other NY area universities' networks.

I was using Facebook regularly but the stupid morons gave me an error message to "slow down". for sending too much traffic or you'll account will be deactivated. Now they're worried about people using too much bandwidth? What a bunch of greedy scumbags!

Facebook has become nothing more than take X quiz, install the crappy java applet to make you're computer slower and sign up for this support group! Its going to be spam and advertising the same junk email you'll see in any spam folder.

Apparently, there are so few Hedge Cokes, if you google "hedge coke" and facebook/myspace I come up the first link (and my mom comes up the next ten, because she publishes better/is out there). It's funny, all this networking stuff (I mean, even this is half networking; some people from here have submitted to me) still makes me a bit nervous and all ooh! no! they'll know who I am! in silly ways.
