Joe Kelly on Spider-man dealing with the Osborns and Dark Reign doesn't blow your skirt up?

Okay Can I question now....

Who in the world is Sliverback ?
My guess is a guy in a gorilla suit. And since--far as I know--Kenny "Kong" McFarlane from USM and the Spectacular cartoon isn't in regular Marvel, maybe he could turn up as one of May's classmates and the obvious alter-ego (or red herring) of the gorilla-themed bad guy. If Silverback's even related to the conspiracy tied to her high school, of course...

No info about "Ultimate Spiderman Requiem" or something?.
Will we even see that before Ultimatum finishes? And with those delays, it could be awhile...

I'm of the opinion that the Osborns should have stayed dead.

It would if Menace weren't involved. =/

Eh....I'm suddenly not that interested in American Son. Venom and Bullseye? It sounds like a rehash of New Ways to Die.

I am sick to the back teeth of the Goblins. They need a real breather after this. I hope Menace's pregnancy is a bloody long one.

I respect your opinion sir, and I could go on and on about how insignificant comic deaths are and how some characters shouldn't resurrected when their deaths are as Iconic as they are, but I'm loving the stories that are being told with both of them (And once Norman can back to fix the clone saga due to the Goblin Serum i knew Harry would be back eventually).

I don't mind Lilly and Menace because she opens up some avenues for Osborn family stories.

If it's a Goblin's kid, then it will be a short one. Unfortunately Sins Past is cannon. She'll be poppin' out a little Goblin right quick.

I am, too. Especially Harry.

Norman is dangerously close to becoming overused Venom style in the 90's.

Wouldn't Dark Reign need to go on for another 5 or 6 years for Norman to get even close to that amount of use?

I agree that Harry should had stayed dead.An effective Osborn-Parker feud need one Osborn dead and another alive. Not both Osborns alive.

Ahh,and not forget....BRING BACK OUR BELOVED OTTO!!!!

I don't find their feud effective anymore. Norman has been the scapegoat for everything over the last 10 years. If Peter catches a cold, Norman is to blame.

ASM #600 can't come quick enough. Just hope it doesn't disappoint.

Norman died a perfect comic book villain death. He accidentally killed himself after killing an important friend/lover to the hero. It couldn't have been any better. Unfortunately, as much as I know all the rules of comic books with villains returning from the dead (I prefer mysterious deaths where it's ambiguous whether the villain is dead), Norman's return via the goblin serum was just a bit too much. His heart was impaled! That's insta-death. It's not as if he could linger around for a few minutes or few hours.

Not to mention, everything he's done since his resurrection has not been worth it. Sins Past is a perfect example. Horrid trash. They've already made Gwen a tramp without even bringing her back to life. Imagine how much worse it could have been if she were resurrected from the grave.

Oh man, now I actually would have liked to see Gwen return from the death after OMD, it would have been so awkward what with the events of Sins Past technically being in continuity...
Peter: "Gwen... is that you or yet another clone?"
Gwen: "Clone?"
Peter: "Erm... it's complicated... but"
Gwen: "But what?"
Peter: "You slept with Norman Osborn? Really? And you wouldn't give me any?"
Gwen: "..."

AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #596 & #597 looks like it`s going to be a cool story.
Spider-Man against Bullseye and Venom promisses a hell of a good fight to me in the story.

Having not read Blue myself, it's either ambiguous or out of continuity. I'm almost positive Peter says he never slept with Gwen during Sins Past.

yeah but then he goes through all the trouble to see if the kids are his...... seems to indicate he may have had some contact with her that may have resulted in a chance of pregnancy.

(you are right he does say no he didnt) (do you believe him though?)

Ever see season 6 (I think) of Scrubs, where JD gets his girlfriend pregnant? I'm thinking it may have been something like that, and that's as far as they ever went.
