Magneto has been floating the Marvel U for quite awhile, so its time to make a final decision on his fate.

I hope Magneto and Beast kill each other tomorrow, thereby saving readers months of continued anguish.

Instead I bet they're going to team up together and find out an awesome, science-based way to bring back Rachel Grey and Kitty Pryde.

And then Uncanny X-Men will be promptly relaunched with a new #1.

keep the suit, he's only made one appearance with it so far...so i'd like to see where all of that ends up.

and honestly, while i don't think M-Day was executed properly at all, i still like the idea & i don't want the High Evolutionary to come up with a way to repower all mutants for a little while yet.

but when he does, i think Magneto should offer repowerment to any mutant who will join his army to take on Cylcops' army.

That would be a good story idea, sort of payback toward former X-members that think that the X-men abandon them at their time of need. :evilsmile:

Oh lord, Uncanny is coming out tomorrow isn't it.

*sighs* It doesn't feel like enough time has passed since the last one.

How sad a feeling is that. I should be looking forward to reading the next issue.

It has just become a chore to read. Only things keeping me on are a familiar love for all things X-Related, and the faint hope that it will improve.

Maybe the Sisterhood arc will....but it's got Greg Land art....ouch.

After reading Magneto Testament, killing him would be pointless
A story like that made me appreciate him more as well.
With all that he's been through, the only way he'd die was if he died in a big honorable way
Keep him alive otherwise. Seeing him and Xavier reconcile would be nice
having him repowered would be a bonus.

I would rather him repowered and keep the hatchet buried between him and Xavier.There are enough mutant supremacists around without reverting Mags to his bad old ways.

That said,I would like to see them both working together not to lead mutants,but to pick up the pieces from the current trials mutants are going through.At least Charles has been written as much better in keeping tabs on mutants' fates than Skemma.

Then Prof X, Mags and the newly restored Jean Grey can form a new X-Men team based in New York, where the X-Men are supposed to be based.

Oh god.... I can't believe I agree with a fanatic. But you're right.

I like the idea of Jean playing momma to a team of X-men. Opposed to the distorted versions on the west coast led by Scott.

I want him repowered, and then be the "grey" Magneto. Not a hero, but not quite a villain either. Some where in between. Magneto is most interesting when he's at odds with the X-Men, but not exactly being a super villain. When he really is trying to help mutantkind, but no one is quite sure if what he's doing is ok. Maybe make him fix up Genosha.
