Newsarama has posted up an interview with Van Lente (http://www.newsarama.com/comics/030917-Savage-She-Hulk.html) talking about the upcoming Savage She-Hulk mini. There's also a couple of pages of (surprisingly good) preview art there too.

It looks as though Hulk and Thundra's daughter Lyra (yes, she has a name now) from the Raging Thunder and Hulk: Family one-shots is going up against S.W.O.R.D., the Dark Avengers and our original girl-in-green, Jen.

It also hinted that the Red Hulk and Thundra's alliance from Hulk #9 could play a role in this as well. Looking forward to this myself, especially with Van Lente at the helm.

I wonder if the daughter of the Hulk will meet the Son of the Hulk within this mini ?

Well, considering the timing of Skaar and Lyra appearing on Earth, it wouldn't surprise me if they appeared in one or the other's book. And if not in this mini, certainly at some point down the line. I just want to see a big Hulk family reunion at some point.

The art looks good. And this She-Hulk herself looks pretty awesome.

I wasn't a fan of how this character came about, and I'm still not... but that aside, this book potentially looks like a lot of fun.

Funny how the Dark Avengers are being drawn into this. I'm starting to think this team, despite being VERY stacked powerwise, is going to end up punching bags in a lot of guest appearances the same way Tony was after CW.

I think Osborn is gonna learn that Stark didn't have the funnest job in the MU.

Yeah, we'll have to see how it plays out. I'm definitely looking forward to the throwdown, but I wonder if the whole DA lineup will show up or not. We were recently cheated in Thor with Sentry and Ares both taking a powder in that that. If the whole lineup shows up, she gonna have her hands full, even if she's every bit as tough as daddy.

I think I'm just as interested in seeing how the whole Red Hulk/Thundra thing plays out, if they do show up.

Yeah, I imagine Sentry is going to be too here too. Or something.

Agreed. As someone who was slagging this seemingly pointless book off ever since it was first announced... I gotta say it looks pretty good.

I especially like the cover for #2 - I'll be picking that issue up regardless.
