I don't know what I think of the art yet. All the big mouths remind me of Arnold in "Total Recall" when he's on Mars' surface and can't breath.

Buncha damn babies. For the life of me I have no idea why people who dont like Wolverine and the amount of appearances he makes would come into a Wolverine One-Shot discussion and complain. Childish.
The way I see it there really isn't an ongoing present day Wolverine book. Dan Way's book is all about the past, and Mark Millar has held up his other ongoing with futuristic alternate realities.
I welcome one-shots as long as they continue to showcase new talent working on the character. If this is the same guy that did art for Wolverine: Switchback then I am happy.

This guys art is fantastic!" Switchback was excellent and he should be the regular Wolverine artist.

Yes, as I've posted... well, endlessly, really, but I think I'm the only one saying it... the only Wolverine books I buy are Wolverine: First Class and these one-shots (and rare non-"event"-driven minis like Vaughan's Logan), so I'm quite happy to know there's another one for me to enjoy.
I may not like the mainstream present-day 616 approach to Logan and his backstory, but at least Marvel's giving fans like me alternatives.

it's all in my sig, really

That has to be one of the most hideous renderings of Wolverine on the cover I have ever seen...
The size of that nose, the size of his teeth, the eyes... it's hard to know where to start.

all of these random wolverine one-shots haven't interested me at all but if marvel can get 20,000 people to pick them up they'll keep publishing them.

Gosh, that cover is horrible! Logan's teeth look like they want to flee his mouth:eek:
And his left biceps looks, I dunno.... pregnant?
That big, blue bat guy is adorable. From his rolly polly body to his stubby little fingers he looks like a human sized Muppet. It's a shame he ends up on the losing end of a fight to the death with Wolverine in his very first appearance because bat boy could easily have been spun off into a line of cute plush toys.
I might get it. I like the art and the bat guy.

You nailed it.
At the 4 dollar price tag that all Wolverine One-Shots get...I guess 20,000 is good enough for Marvel to keep pumping them out.
I'm a HUGE Wolverine fan and guess how many of these One-Shots I have purchased? Zero! If they were 3 bucks each I would have bought them without even knowing about what the story dealt with...but when you jack up the price by a whole dollar, I make changes.
I told myself IF the story was good/interesting/entertaining then after I downloaded the issue, I would buy them. So far, all of these One-Shots have really stupid/lame stories, and some of them have horrific artwork! I didn't even keep the downloads, as I would never even want to read them again they were so bad.
So thank you Marvel. You saved me A LOT of money.
Oh, and that cover is vomit-inducing! His face is totally ****ed up, and his body proportions seem WAY off.
Yeah, I'll buy that for a dollar (times four).
