It's about time this show had a thread so here goes:

Since the show's return we've seen Christina Ricci partnered with Grace while regular partner/lover Ham is teaming with Butch (whose regular parnter Bobby is still working undercover)

Meanwhile the case of Leon Cooley progresses as Rhetta and Grace's priest brother Johnny work to save him. When Leon meets Johnny, he tells him about His and Grace's to Earl. Now we have a priest trying to process the fact that his sister is on a first name basis with an actual angel.....

I can't stand the lead actress in this show or the other one the closer.

I like Holly Hunter, and Ricci is surely easy on the eyes, but I don't get TNT, so couldn't watch the show if I wanted to.

So Tuesday we meet Matthew. He's an angel like Earl; or maybe not like Earl. Matthew's just "lost" his one millionth soul (the guy whose death Grace is investigating) Earl has only lost 17. Losing one million souls is the kind of thing that gets an angel "benched' so our unlucky angel decides to poach Grace from Earl by bribing her, if she makes him her angel and surrenders herself to God; he'll fix her friend Rhetta's money woes (he's appeared to Rhetta and given her a lotto ticket) and give her anything else she wants. It's no sale of course; angels aren't supposed to bribe people. That thunderclap that sounds every time he appears isn't a good sign either. :rolleyes:


On a funny note, Grace's partner Ham freaks out at the crime seen when he sees a canary; setting him up for this week's round of the show's traditional police squad pranks...

So seriously, if your spouse was cheating on you, and their partner took them out would you feel guilty enough to spend the rest of your life in prison?
