A query about REBELS and how it fits

first off I'm loving REBELS and will continue to come back month after month just for the pleasure of Vril Dox but I have to ask:

Have you taken what Johns is doing with Legion continuity into account at all or did they ambush you with those changes late in the game?

same thing goes with the Omega Men and other "cosmic" DC characters that seem to be currently in Johns and Starlin's toybox

I know that R.E.B.E.L.S. fits in after Holy War, since Tigorr says as much in issue #1 (I believe).

But, yes, since Brainiac 5's construct makes it clear in this issue that he knows history of this timeline, that continuity may be more difficult.
