I recently picked up the Mutant City Blues (http://flamesrising.rpgnow.com/product_info.php?products_id=60269) RPG from Pelgrane Press. I'm a big fan of the Gumshoe System already, especially in the Trail of Cthulhu (http://flamesrising.rpgnow.com/product_info.php?products_id=55567) RPG.

A little more about Mutant City Blues (http://flamesrising.rpgnow.com/product_info.php?products_id=60269):

Ten years ago, 1% of the population gained mutant powers.

1% of the citizens means 1% of the criminals!

...and you're the cops who clean up the mess.

EVER SINCE the Sudden Mutation Event, people have been able to fly. Phase through walls. Read minds. Shoot bolts of energy from their fingertips. Walk into dreams.

Police work will never be the same.

AS MEMBERS OF the elite Heightened Crime Investigation Unit, you and your fellow detectives solve crimes involving the city's mutant community. When a mutant power is used to kill, you catch the case. When it's a mutant victim in the chalk outline, you get the call. And when it comes time for a fight, you deploy your own extraordinary abilities to even the odds.

Anyone else pick this up? I'm going to be running my first session of it soon. I'll probably run with the implied setting originally, but I'm considering using it for a Heroes game sometime.

We have a new review of MCB now available at Flames Rising:

Mutant City Blues RPG Review (http://www.flamesrising.com/mutant-city-blues-rpg-review)

MCB is Raymond Chandler meets X-Men. Characters are part of the “Heightened Crimes Investigation Unit,” effectively a group of super detectives. - Review By David A Hill Jr

First post actually almost sounded like you were talking about something but this one with the "we have a review" just points out your spamming to get visits to your site since that flames rising you bold out and have in multiple links. Not to mention your bumping your own month old thread with another link to your site.

Dont know about anyone else but that just guarntees I wont visit or give you money.

I did ask if anyone had picked it up in my first post. I did get any replies, but I'm still hoping for conversation about the game. I'm not a fan of no-content bumps on older threads, so I figured I'd offer up a link to a review, which happens to have more information about the game for those that might be interested.

I'm a big fan of the Gumshoe system and would love to talk tabletop RPGs with folks around here. If that is not welcome, ok, I'll move on.
