I can't imagine they'd be too happy about at least some, if not all, copies of the latest Previews having printing cock-ups that left out at least 4 or 5 pages of DC solicitations including JLA, some Bat books and some other DCU titles. Instead, we got duplicate pages from last month's edition in their place.
Not sure if this was a widespread problem or not, but considering the page numbering still looked okay, I'm assuming it must have been.
Did no one else notice this or did I miss the discussiion already?

Well crap.
I had thought that Previews were out yesterday but my LCS didn't pack it with my pulled books I picked up today.
Drat.

I definitely think it is a widespread problem, as I found that in my copy as well. I looked through and wondered why there were so many resolicits from April...then realized that it didn't jive with what was in the order form. There were a number of books that didn't end up being listed. Too bad... Hey, maybe that is part of Diamond's new cost-cutting efforts?

Thanks for the heads up. I'll keep an eye out when I pick up the Previews.

It's a widespread problem. They're sending retailers corrected pages.

Actually, there is no Green Lantern on the order form either and all of the other books were accurately represented on that.
And it affected some of the Dark Horse solicits, as well. I noticed it that there is no solicit for Star Wars: Dark Times #14, but there is in the order form. Instead, Star Wars: Clone Wars is resolicited from last month. Not sure if there were other Dark Horse books that didn't get listed.

As you guys mentioned, there was a printing error for the March PREVIEWS. The printer made a mistake and picked up the pages from the month before. Next Wednesday, retailers will have a special 72-page DC PREVIEWS that will be available for those who purchased PREVIEWS.
Here's the initial story sent out to retailers:
Due to a printing error, eight pages of the March issue of PREVIEWS (#246) – which arrives in stores Wednesday, February 25 – were incorrectly printed with information from the February PREVIEWS.
To provide retailers and their customers with its complete and correct March solicitations, DC has created a special, separate 72-page DC Comics Previews catalog reprinting the Direct Currents section of the March PREVIEWS.
Each retailer will receive one free copy of DC Comics PREVIEWS (under item code JAN09 8098D), along with free additional copies (under item code JAN09 8099D) in quantities equaling their orders for the March PREVIEWS. The booklet is scheduled to reach retailers on March 4.
The error affected the following Premier Supplier pages and solicitations:
DC Comics
Pages and solicitations that were not printed include:
• Page 59: DC Direct Currents Cover
• Page 62: Final Crisis Aftermath: Run (MAR09 0128D)
• Page 67: Batman: Battle for the Cowl – The Network #1 (MAR09 0134D) and Gotham Gazette: Batman Alive #1 (MAR09 0135D)
• Page 70: Batman Backlist
• Page 75: Booster Gold #20 (MAR09 0147D), The Brave and the Bold #23 (MAR09 0148D) and Dead Romeo #2 (MAR09 0149D)
• Page 78: Justice League of America #33 (MAR09 0157D)
******************************
Dark Horse Comics
Pages and solicitations that were not printed include:
• Page 51: Star Wars: Dark Times #14 – Blue Harvest Part 2 (MAR09 0090D)
• Page 54: MySpace Dark Horse Presents #20 online anthology

Thanks for the update, Dan.
Any idea if this extra catalogue will go to overseas retailers as well? Us Aussies always seem to get the short end of the stick when it comes to Diamond.

Incidentally, I love the idea of having a separate DC catalogue for that month. It'll allow me to ditch the copy of Previews I have as I'm only really interested in DC and Marvel anyway.
I kinda wish they'd (DC) go ahead and do one on a regular basis anyway. It'd be much easier to store, that's for sure.
