Just read the first volume the other week, great stuff.
Really spooky vibe that I rarely see achieved - even the pages with no violence at all are freaky as hell, just the thickness of the tension in the air.
Throw in that the kids aren't even teens but actual kids...
Bugger of it is, I'm going to have to order in the second volume, as no where near me has it in stock.
Should point out though, that /I had to avert my eyes from the last paragraph of the piece, - almost getting whiplash in the process! - although obviously the series will reach an end point, when hyping an ongoing serial, it's usually best not to mention the ending.
You can be all 'it's the way it's told/journey not the destination' etc, but it's so much more fun to read something not knowing where it's going to take you.
