Good stuff, may in fact check this out as I loved Season One despite feeling the ending was anti-climactic. I'm more than sure this'll kick butt. Oh, and by the way Hunter-Killer did branch out to the Top DCow-verse at one point. Samantha once investigated Sara Pezzini (Witchblade) in a WB issue.

I've been a fan of Cyberforce since day one (my favorite of the original Image team books), and I'm glad to see them return once again. Should be a fun crossover.

I can't believe all the stuff that Waid is doing. Does the guy ever sleep?

I still think including Hunter-Killer in the same universe as all the other Top Cow stuff is a mistake.

I don't see how it works given the original series' story.

I think I may have to track down a copy of the Hunter-Killer trade paperback.

I bought issue #1 but nothing more.

@Leocomix: As I understand it, Mark Waid has editorial interns at Boom! who do his sleeping for him.

Trust me, gang. This is going to be a really fun series. Reading the first issue script was like getting a lesson from a master on how to set up a crossover event. Anyone who thinks we're just going to do a standard "two teams meet and fight" event is going to be very surprised.

Take care,

I managed to get some of the original series. You could see Waid/Silvestri were really going for something new. I noticed Top Cow still has a submissions address, I think I'll draw some pencils up and send them in, I'd love to work there.

The sketches have a cool kind of European feel to it.

The sketches have a cool kind of European feel to it.

Kenneth has one of those cool styles which is influenced by everything from classic fine artists to US comic artists like Silvestri to European cartoonists and I even see quite a bit of Hong Kong comics in his style.
Definitely one of my favorite guys to work with!

Finally ordered Hunter Killer, vol 1. Cyberforce, vol 1. New Darkness, vol 1 and Impaler the other day. I had been waiting for Witchblade 6 to hit amazon before i placed the order but i couldn't get a confirmed date so went ahead with out it for now.

Can't wait to get stuck in, it's been months since I picked up Witchblade Volumes 1-5 and This next batch has been on my to do list ever since.

I can't wait for this crossover to hit......... well i suppose i'll have to wait longer since i only buy trades but still, can't wait!

................. Oh yeah and sort out whats happening with Velocity! I'm so keen for that book.

I don't know. I loved Hunter-Killer and love the fact that a new book is coming out. But I know nothing about Cyberforce and this doesn't seem like a true sequel to Season 1 only some of the characters appearing in a side story.
