It sounds like it could be interesting, but the premise sounds very much like Piers Anthony's Xanth series, i.e. A world where everyone has one power ranging from trivial to powerful.

I'm sure it's a swell read, but using the moniker "Troy" to brand something that has got nothing to do with ancient Greece seems misinforming.

I would read it. I've loved a lot of the Euro comics I've been able to get my hands on over the years. I'm lucky in that my local retailer will get a taste for the eclectic once in a while and order up some cool stuff from Humanoids or Fanfaire UK or NBM.
Stuff I've liked and wish more people in the states had read: Yukikio's Spinach and Mariko Parade from Frederic Boilet, The Incal from Moebius, The Hunting Party from Enki Bilal (thanks Ebay), The Building Opposite.
I do sometimes wonder how American comics are viewed over in the Euro market. Does anyone have sales numbers or critiques pertaining to that?
